Chính sách bảo mật này mô tả cách Công ty Cổ phần Buffco (sau đây gọi là "Buffco", "Publead", "chúng tôi") thu thập, sử dụng, lưu trữ và bảo vệ thông tin khi bạn sử dụng nền tảng Publead tại publead.vn và các dịch vụ liên quan, bao gồm tích hợp với nền tảng Meta (Facebook, Messenger).

2. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập
2.1. Thông tin từ khách hàng doanh nghiệp (người dùng Publead)
- Thông tin tài khoản: tên, email, số điện thoại, thông tin đăng nhập
- Thông tin website và fanpage bạn kết nối với Publead
- Thông tin thanh toán và lịch sử sử dụng dịch vụ
2.2. Thông tin từ nền tảng Meta (Facebook/Messenger)
Khi bạn kết nối Trang Facebook (Fanpage) của mình với Publead thông qua đăng nhập Facebook, chúng tôi có thể truy cập và xử lý:
- Thông tin Trang: ID Trang, tên Trang, mã truy cập Trang (Page Access Token) — để thay mặt bạn quản lý nội dung và tin nhắn.
- Bài viết trên Trang: nội dung các bài đăng công khai trên Fanpage của bạn — để đưa vào "bộ não" AI, giúp chatbot trả lời chính xác dựa trên nội dung của bạn.
- Tin nhắn Messenger: nội dung tin nhắn khách hàng gửi đến Fanpage của bạn — để chatbot AI đọc và trả lời tự động.
2.3. Thông tin khách hàng cuối (người tương tác với chatbot)
Khi khách hàng của bạn trò chuyện với chatbot AI, chúng tôi có thể lưu: nội dung hội thoại, và thông tin liên hệ (tên, số điện thoại, email) nếu khách hàng chủ động cung cấp — nhằm mục đích tạo và quản lý khách hàng tiềm năng (lead) cho bạn.
3. Mục đích sử dụng thông tin
- Cung cấp và vận hành dịch vụ chatbot AI, tạo nội dung, và quản lý lead.
- Đọc bài viết từ Fanpage để làm dữ liệu tham chiếu cho chatbot AI trả lời chính xác.
- Nhận và trả lời tin nhắn Messenger tự động thay mặt Fanpage của bạn.
- Đăng nội dung do bạn tạo lên Fanpage khi bạn chủ động yêu cầu.
- Cải thiện chất lượng dịch vụ và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật.
4. Chia sẻ thông tin với bên thứ ba
Chúng tôi không bán thông tin cá nhân. Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ dữ liệu với các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ kỹ thuật cần thiết để vận hành, trong phạm vi tối thiểu:
- Nhà cung cấp mô hình AI (Anthropic, Google): nội dung được gửi để xử lý và tạo phản hồi. Dữ liệu không được các bên này dùng để huấn luyện mô hình khi xử lý qua API.
- Hạ tầng lưu trữ: dữ liệu được lưu trên máy chủ do chúng tôi kiểm soát.
Chúng tôi chỉ tiết lộ thông tin khi có yêu cầu hợp pháp từ cơ quan chức năng theo quy định pháp luật.
5. Lưu trữ và bảo mật dữ liệu
- Dữ liệu được lưu trữ trên hạ tầng có kiểm soát truy cập, mã hóa kết nối (SSL/HTTPS).
- Mã truy cập Trang (Page Access Token) được lưu trữ an toàn và chỉ dùng cho các thao tác bạn đã cho phép.
- Ảnh và nội dung tạm thời (ví dụ ảnh minh họa) được lưu trong thời gian giới hạn và tự động dọn dẹp.
6. Thời gian lưu giữ dữ liệu
Chúng tôi lưu giữ dữ liệu trong thời gian bạn sử dụng dịch vụ. Khi bạn ngắt kết nối Fanpage hoặc yêu cầu xóa, dữ liệu liên quan sẽ được xóa theo quy trình tại Mục 8.
7. Quyền của bạn
- Truy cập, chỉnh sửa thông tin tài khoản của bạn.
- Ngắt kết nối Fanpage khỏi Publead bất kỳ lúc nào trong phần cài đặt.
- Yêu cầu xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu (xem Mục 8).
- Thu hồi quyền truy cập ứng dụng trong phần Cài đặt ứng dụng và trang web của Facebook.
8. Xóa dữ liệu người dùng
Bạn có thể yêu cầu xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu mà Publead lưu trữ về bạn bằng một trong các cách sau:
- Gửi email đến support@pubweb.vn với tiêu đề "Yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu".
- Xóa quyền ứng dụng Publead trong cài đặt Facebook của bạn — hệ thống sẽ tự động nhận yêu cầu và xóa dữ liệu liên quan.
Khi nhận yêu cầu, chúng tôi sẽ xóa dữ liệu cá nhân liên quan trong vòng 30 ngày và gửi xác nhận.
9. Thay đổi chính sách
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này. Mọi thay đổi sẽ được đăng tải tại trang này kèm ngày cập nhật mới.

This Privacy Policy describes how Buffco Joint Stock Company (hereinafter "Buffco", "Publead", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Publead platform at publead.vn and related services, including integration with Meta platforms (Facebook, Messenger).

2. Information We Collect
2.1. From business customers (Publead users)
- Account information: name, email, phone number, login credentials
- Information about the websites and Facebook Pages you connect to Publead
- Payment information and service usage history
2.2. From Meta platforms (Facebook/Messenger)
When you connect your Facebook Page to Publead via Facebook Login, we may access and process:
- Page information: Page ID, Page name, Page Access Token — to manage content and messages on your behalf.
- Page posts: the content of public posts on your Page — to build the AI "knowledge base" so the chatbot can answer accurately based on your content.
- Messenger messages: the content of messages your customers send to your Page — so the AI chatbot can read and reply automatically.
2.3. End-customer information (people who interact with the chatbot)
When your customers chat with the AI chatbot, we may store conversation content and contact information (name, phone, email) if the customer voluntarily provides it — for the purpose of generating and managing leads for you.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide and operate the AI chatbot, content generation, and lead management services.
- To read posts from your Facebook Page as reference data enabling accurate chatbot responses.
- To receive and automatically reply to Messenger messages on behalf of your Page.
- To publish content you create to your Page when you explicitly request it.
- To improve service quality and provide technical support.
4. Sharing With Third Parties
We do not sell personal information. We only share data with the technical service providers necessary to operate the service, to the minimum extent required:
- AI model providers (Anthropic, Google): content is sent for processing and response generation. Data processed via API is not used by these providers to train their models.
- Storage infrastructure: data is stored on servers under our control.
We only disclose information when legally required by competent authorities.
5. Data Storage and Security
- Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure with encrypted connections (SSL/HTTPS).
- Page Access Tokens are stored securely and used only for operations you have authorized.
- Temporary content (e.g. generated illustration images) is stored for a limited time and automatically cleaned up.
6. Data Retention
We retain data for the duration of your use of the service. When you disconnect your Page or request deletion, related data will be deleted per the process in Section 8.
7. Your Rights
- Access and edit your account information.
- Disconnect your Facebook Page from Publead at any time in settings.
- Request deletion of all your data (see Section 8).
- Revoke app access in your Facebook Business Integrations settings.
8. Data Deletion
You may request deletion of all data Publead stores about you via one of the following methods:
- Email support@pubweb.vn with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
- Remove the Publead app in your Facebook settings — our system automatically receives the request and deletes related data.
Upon receiving a request, we will delete the related personal data within 30 days and send a confirmation.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new update date.
